This immersion focuses on applied anatomy and subtle inclusion of mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Come and enjoy the light-hearted, yet practical approach towards refreshing your yoga practice.
Venue: Lot 1 Natural Lane, Broken Head
Times: Monday to Friday 6.30am to 9.00am
Cost: $150 for 5 days or $30 per session

Once your registration is confirmed by email, please secure your place by making full payment, $150 for 5 days or $30 per day (please nominate which days you would like to attend). Cancellation fee is 50% of full payment. Please note: preference will be given to participants who register for the full 5 mornings.
Classes at the Broken Head Studio
Mondays at 10:00am: General Practice
Wednesdays at 10:00am: Restorative Therapy
Fridays at 10:00am: General Practice
All classes are 2 hours. $20 per session.
Please note: these classes will not be on during the immersion (September 25-29)
