This level 1 teacher training Course has been designed, refined and
successfully implemented around the globe over the past 10 years,
catering to
those aspiring yoga practitioners who wish to establish a sound foundation as a
Yoga instructor.
This course is 200 hour contact program and has a dual certification
process.

Inspya Yoga certificate 200 hour accreditation.

Yoga’s level 1 TTC is now recognized and implemented successfully all over the

Phase 1: Course intention, Group Cohesion, Asana Methodology, Class
structure, Anatomy and physiology, Applied Anatomy, Adjustment Skills (verbal
and hands on)
Phase 2: philosophy, Ethics, Class Sequencing/Formatting, Nutritional
Awareness.
Phase 3: Presentation skills, voice Modulation, Demonstration Skills, First
and Second Line Teaching (le: on and off the mat).
A DAILY RITUAL PRACTISE OF PRANAYAMA/MEDITATION AND ASANA provides the
foundation to the process of TRANSFORMATION AND DEDICATION of ONES SELF.

PRE-REQUISITE LEVEL 1
We require students to have two years of consistent dedicated yoga practice
(recognizing that the training will be challenging and intense at certain
times). Students must also satisfactorily complete the application
questionnaire.
VENUE

The yoga day retreat space at Inspya consists of a large airy, fully equipped yoga studio. The studio is built on a environmentally sustainable design featuring the best of eco-architecture and Balinese style, eastern design elements large folding timber doors open the studio space up onto views of the tropical rainforest.
The peaceful tranquility of the Inspya property allows an ideal space to contemplate and inquire into the teachings.
