Cathy has a background in film, television and theatre production. She has worked with many of the major television networks, including SBS and the NINE network and was also involved in the Sydney theatre scene for many years, both as a fund raiser and as a producer. 

She has also worked both professionally and voluntarily for environmental causes and animal welfare. 

Having a personal interest in yoga philosophy, Cathy is enthusiastic about helping to spread this around the world via Lance and the Inspya team.

She currently lives in the Byron Bay hinterland with her husband and animals.
