Inspya Yoga is a dynamic blend of balance, strength, flexibility and endurance. Lance Schuler is the director and owner of Inspya Yoga. Lance qualified as an Iyengar yoga instructor with the Australian School of Yoga and has been teaching yoga for 20 years. After a lifetime of personal practice and teaching Lance developed the unique synergy of Vinyasa and Iyengar styles that is taught at Inspya Yoga.
The Inspya team conducts teacher training programs and workshops throughout Asia, Europe and the South Pacific.

Inspya Yoga invites you to participate in our 2009 Teacher Training program in Byron Bay, Australia. Inspya Yoga's Teacher Training is recognised internationally as one of the best available programs and is conducted throughout Europe, Asia and Australia. Our Level I and II course and Level III course is registered with Yoga Alliance. Inspya Yoga's teachers are specialists in their respective disciplines including Anatomy and Philosophy. Working internationally through a network operation allows Inspya to facilitate student teacher placements.

Lance Schuler
Lance is the director and owner of INSPYA - Integrated South Pacific Yoga Academy. He developed after a lifetime of personal practice and teaching experience, the unique synergy of Vinyasa and Iyengar styles that is primarily taught at Inspya. Inspya Yoga is a dynamic blend of balance, strength, flexibility and endurance. Lance qualified as an Iyengar yoga instructor with the Australian School of Yoga in Sydney and has been a senior teaching instructor for teacher trainees with Yoga Arts Australia for over seven years. He has been practicing yoga for twenty two years and teaching for seventeen. He has special interests in martial arts, acrobatics and meditation. Lance also teaches trainees and delivers retreats and workshops across the world.
